Driving License Requirements

JAccepted Driving Licenses
- •Valid EU / German driving license
- •International Driving Permit (IDP)
- •UAE driving license
- •Valid license from: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand
- •Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) licenses
!Important Requirements
- •License must be valid and not expired
- •Minimum holding period: 1 year (some categories: 2 years)
- •Luxury & supercars: minimum 25 years old + 3 years experience
- •Copy of both sides of license required at pick-up
- •License must match the passport name
SDocuments Needed at Pick-up
- •Original passport (or clear copy)
- •Valid UAE visa or entry stamp
- •Driving license (original)
- •Credit card for security deposit
- •Booking confirmation (WhatsApp message)
iAdditional Information
- •Some nationalities may require an International Driving Permit
- •License in non-Latin script must be accompanied by an IDP
- •Probationary / learner licenses are not accepted
- •Any points or violations on your license may affect rental approval
- •For motorcycles: separate motorcycle license required
